How to Change the Text Font in MS Word Documents?
Change the Font Type: In MS Word, it is possible to change the font type (the font type used for typing the text).
How to Change the Font Type using the Ribbon?
- Type the text
- Select the text whose font type has to be changed
- Now, choose the 'Home' tab
- After that, click the down arrow next to the 'Font' field
- A menu of fonts will show up
- Move the cursor over the list of fonts
- As the curser is moved, MS Word 2007 will provide a live preview of what the font will look like if it is selected
- Click the font name to select the required font

- Move to the Mini toolbar
